What materials are Allbirds shoes made from?
We prioritize natural, sustainable materials including premium ZQ-certified Merino wool, FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, and SweetFoam®—our proprietary midsole made from sugarcane.
Can I wash my Allbirds in a washing machine?
Yes! Most of our shoes are machine washable. Simply remove the insoles and laces, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, you can return or exchange them within 30 days, even if you have worn them outside, no questions asked.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your sustainable gear sooner.
Do you offer half sizes?
Most of our styles are currently available in whole sizes. If you are typically a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially in our Wool Runner styles.
Are your products carbon neutral?
Yes, we are a carbon-neutral business. We measure the emissions of every product and offset our entire footprint by investing in verified carbon credit projects.
